SmartLearn Guard is an educational device management and student focus monitoring application developed by Jhuxtello iTech Solutions. The application is designed to help schools, educational institutions, and authorized administrators manage learning-focused Android devices, reduce distractions during study hours, and support responsible academic device usage.

SmartLearn Guard uses Android Accessibility Service APIs only for educational device management purposes. The Accessibility Service helps detect the currently opened application so that school-configured app restrictions can be enforced during study hours.
Accessibility data is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated tracking. It is used only to support administrator-approved learning focus and app restriction features.
SmartLearn Guard may use Device Administrator permission to help prevent unauthorized removal of school-managed learning controls and to support responsible management of educational devices. This permission is intended for administrator-configured devices only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade student or device data to third parties. Data is only made available to authorized school administrators, approved educational personnel, or system operators responsible for managing the school’s SmartLearn Guard account.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected data from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Data transmission between the app and the server is handled through secured server endpoints where available.
SmartLearn Guard is intended for use in educational environments under the authorization of schools, guardians, or administrators. The application is not intended for independent unsupervised use by children without school or guardian authorization.
Learning activity logs and monitoring records may be retained for as long as required by the school or institution for academic monitoring, reporting, safety, and administrative purposes. Schools may request deletion or cleanup of data according to their internal policy.

SmartLearn Guard may connect to secure backend services operated by Jhuxtello iTech Solutions for authentication, configuration, monitoring, and synchronization. The application does not use collected learning activity data for third-party advertising.
